The Ballarat Beard & Stache Competition is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
The event celebrates facial hair in all its forms, from natural beards and styled moustaches to freestyle creations, first timers, returning competitors and anyone who enjoys being part of something a little different.
On paper, it is a beard competition. In reality, it has become a national celebration of creativity, humour, camaraderie and self expression, where people from all walks of life can show up as themselves and feel part of something genuinely welcoming.
Over the years, BBSC has welcomed competitors, spectators and visitors from across Australia, while staying proudly community driven and open to all.
10 Year Anniversary Tribute Print
Created by Travis Price as part of the Paley Print Co collection by Travis and Renee Price, this anniversary print sits within a broader series celebrating regional towns, local stories and the details that make each place memorable.
The print is a fun, character driven tribute to the Ballarat Beard & Stache Competition and a special way to mark the event’s 10 year anniversary.
We are genuinely thankful to Travis for creating this piece for BBSC and including the competition within the wider Paley Print Co collection.
